My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me (St. John 10:27)

The junior senior conference 2024 was held from July 4-7, 2024 at St. John’s University, Queens, New York. The theme for the conference was ‘Nuancing’ taken from St. John 10:27. There were 212 participants from 10 churches within our Northeast region. The main speakers were Rev. Dr. Pramod Zachariah, Rev. Fr. Dr. Timothy (Tenny) Thomas, Rev Ajith Varghese,
Rev. Dr. George Maize IV, Rev. Jason Varghese, Mrs. Betsy Chacko, and Dr. Binu Chacko. The opening ceremony on July 4, 2024 included the inauguration of the junior senior conference by our Diocesan Bishop Rt. Rev. Dr Abraham Mar Paulos Episcopa. Video theme skits were presented by the students at the conference. The students were divided in two groups – Junior and Senior – for the duration of the conference. Each day started with a singing session followed by worship led by various Sunday schools. The conference was enriched by Bible study, Main theme talk by our speakers. Students' questions were answered by the speakers through panel discussion. Students showcased their talents on the theme through songs, dance, and skit during the talent night. At the conference, students had time for recreation, sports and art competition on the theme. The conference culminated with a dedication session for both juniors and seniors on Saturday night followed by Holy Communion service and closing ceremony on Sunday July 7, 2024.
