46th Diocesan Youth Fellowship Conference Inspires Youth Across North America

The 46th Diocesan Youth Fellowship Conference of the Diocese of North America of the Mar Thoma Church was held from July 31 to August 3, 2025, at the Rock Eagle Conference Center, Georgia. Hosted by the Atlanta Mar Thoma Church, the event brought together around 250 youth from 40 parishes for four days of worship, fellowship, and spiritual growth.

The serene and spacious setting of Rock Eagle provided an ideal atmosphere for the program, which featured worship services, Bible studies, workshops, and interactive sessions led by clergy and leaders from across the diocese. The conference theme, “Living Out His Story” (Ephesians 2:10), challenged participants to see themselves as God’s workmanship, created for a divine purpose.

Rt. Rev. Dr. Abraham Mar Paulos Episcopa, Diocesan Bishop, presided over the sessions, offering spiritual guidance and encouragement throughout the event. The main speaker, Rev. Larry Varghese, delivered a series of impactful messages that blended biblical exposition with practical application for today’s youth.

In a historic first, the conference welcomed two youth from the Native American mission work in Navajoland, New Mexico, highlighting the diocese’s commitment to cultural diversity and outreach. Their participation enriched the gathering and reflected the church’s growing engagement with diverse communities.

The conference was widely regarded as a blessing to the Diocese, a testament to God’s guidance, and a vibrant celebration of faith in action.
